Conditions of Sale

All orders are to be mainland addresses only

These terms and conditions apply to on-line sales only

All prices quoted by Taylor Design and Tools are in £ Sterling

We try to ensure that the information shown on the Taylor Design and Tools site is as accurate as possible. Taylor Design and Tools cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those regarding price. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If for any reason goods ordered are not available you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. All goods remain the property of Taylor Design and Tools until full payment is received.

Damage or shortages

If goods arrive in a damaged condition or if there is a shortage in delivery you must note this on the carrier's delivery schedule. It is your responsibility to inform us within 3 days of delivery of any damages or shortages.

Returns

If goods have been shipped that are incorrect or defective due to no fault of the purchaser, then we will issue the correct replacement items at no extra cost to the purchaser. If goods are shipped that are incorrect due to being ordered incorrectly by the customer then we will accept the parts back less 20% of the value of the parts, and the customer must pay for the return shipment. Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging, and we reserve the right to withhold a minimum of 20% of the value of returned goods. We have made returns as easy as possible for you. To return or exchange a product (excluding goods made to your specification) you may do so within 7 days of the date of despatch. The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. (This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.) Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. All sales shall be deemed to be between Buyer (you) and Seller (us) upon the Terms and Conditions of sale. In the event of conflict between these Conditions and any put forward by the Buyer, these Conditions shall prevail. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Complaints

We try very hard to provide a high quality Customer Service but at the end of the day we are only human and we do make mistakes (we promise though that if we do, we will do our best to put them right). Delivery Charges

We set our delivery charges based on the quantity of products purchased, its weight and the location to which we are delivering. If you wish however you may arrange your own collection from one of our branches. See our showroom section for addresses, and inform us of the branch you wish to collect from when you place your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are normally between 7 and 14 days subject to stock availability. We always contact you in advance to advise you on which day to expect your order (as long as we have stock and can contact you to confirm delivery, your purchase should be with you in no more than 7 days). Sorry but we are not able to say at which time of day an item will be delivered. If you have specific delivery requirements; if a lorry cannot access your delivery address; or the property is only accessible via a staircase, then please contact us and we will do our best to help. This may incur an extra charge, but we will try our best to avoid this whenever possible. Delivery other than our standard service may incur an excess charge.
